The Fortune Hunter by Jasmine Haynes is a wonderful contemporary book.The story of a man out to have everything he wants in life by way of marrying the owner’s daughter, goes slightly off kilter when he adds sex and then his heart to the mix. Connor is gorgeous, sexy, smart and tough. He thinks he is tougher than he is when it comes to falling in love with Faith. He doesn’t believe in love, it surely never got his parents anywhere.But Faith has her own idea. She is sweet, honest and thinks this is her only chance at having babies. It appears no one appreciates Faith but Connor, including Faith.
What started out as a book about a marriage of convenience ends up to be one hot read with a wonderful story, great characters that keep you engaged and an ending that just makes you go “Ahhhhh”.
This is a truly great “Cinderella” story and I can’t wait for the sequel!!
